Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

By using docssheet.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

The site is a free docs and cheat-sheet learning resource published by Abhishek Gupta. It provides educational and reference material about software testing, site reliability, software development, AI, and engineering leadership.

2. Use of the site

You may read, share links to, and quote reasonable extracts of the content for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes, with attribution and a link back. For anything beyond that — republishing, bulk copying, commercial use, or training datasets — ask first via Contact.

You agree not to:

  • use the site in a way that disrupts or degrades it for others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
  • scrape it at a scale or rate that burdens the host.

3. Intellectual property

Unless a page states otherwise, the text, diagrams, and code examples on the site are the author's own work. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and documentation referenced in the content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and educational commentary only.

4. Code examples

Code snippets are provided to illustrate a concept. They are examples, not production-ready software. Test and adapt them before using them anywhere that matters. They are provided without warranty of any kind.

The site links to third-party sites (documentation, articles, tools). Those sites are not under the author's control, and linking to them is not an endorsement. The author is not responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. See the Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.

8. Advertising

The site may display third-party advertising (for example, Google AdSense). Ads and any linked landing pages are the responsibility of the advertiser, not the author.

9. Changes

These terms may change as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
